Building skills, confidence and champions!

Our club is the place to learn, play, and explore the amazing game of chess. For ages 6–12, we make every session exciting, from cool moves to friendly matches. You’ll build skills, make friends, and maybe even become a champion!

When:     Saturday 11th October 2025

Where:    Widcombe Junior School

                Archway Street

                Bath     BA2 4JG

Time:       Players arrive by 09h30

                Games commence at 10h00

                Prize giving (approx) 16h00

Entry Fee:   £15.00 payable on registration

There are limited spaces available so ensure you register as soon as possible to secure a place!

Important information: 

- Trophies, Medals and all participants will       receive a certificate. 

- There is very limited parking.  From 3pm       the parking will be opened up for a Rugby     Game taking place at the nearby Rugby         Club.   

   There is easy access from the train / bus       station - its a 10 minute walk.

   There is also a multistory car park next to     the station (Southgate Parking).

 

- Refreshements will be available from the           kitchen.  There are a number of restaurants     / cafe's within walking distance.
